The only way to be truly ready is through hands-on practice with a training manikin — because with any new skill, practice makes perfect. You don't want your first real attempt at Basic Life Support to happen on a coworker, friend, or loved one in an emergency.
Train now, so you're prepared when it counts — with the most current CPR training and guidelines from the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.

Our instructors are accomplished educators who have served their community and are certified by the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross to teach CPR. We offer training at our Sugar Land facility or on-site at your business or medical office — whichever works best for your group.
